Thank you for shopping with 1WEEK. Each item is made and released weekly in limited quantities, so we appreciate your patience as we get your order to you.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the weekly drop ends. Since every piece is limited and may be made-to-order, some delays may occur. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated.

Shipping Time

• Domestic (U.S.): 7-21 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location. We currently do not offer free shipping unless stated in a promotion.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays or lost items during transit. Please reach out to the carrier directly for any issues. However, if you need help, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
